Race offers a variety of Support Services and Maintenance Agreements to suit your needs.
- Help Desk Support: A qualified technician is standing by to help troubleshoot, diagnose, and/or resolve your issue remotely. In the event your technical issue cannot be resolved remotely, the technician will schedule an on-site visit at the earliest possible, mutually agreeable time.
- On-Site Basic Support: Diagnosis, maintenance and remedy of any Computer (PC, Mac or Laptop), Printer, Software, Networking and Peripheral Problem. On-Site services include:
- Hardware and Software installations and configurations
- Desktop Repairs
- Virus DAT Updates and Installation
- Workstation Assessments: Data collection utility that scans the workstation's hardware configuration and installed software
- Preventative Maintenance: Run scandisk and complete HD diagnostics. Remove pc cover and inspect for loose cards, cables, and connections. Check and inspect CPU fan and power supply.
- Maintenance Agreements: Monthly maintenance agreements cover the labor for technical support, preventative maintenance, repair, installation of hardware, internet connectivity, and networking devices as needed. The benefits of securing a maintenance agreement with Race Technologies, Inc. include:
